In Hurghada the day lasts about seven hours and costs from €65; in Sharm El Sheikh it lasts about eight hours and costs from €75. The main difference is the dive sites. The Hurghada dive day takes about seven hours and costs from €65. It includes two guided dives on Hurghada's reefs with certified instructors, all gear, lunch on board and hotel transfers. It is designed for certified divers, and intro dives for beginners are also available. It suits divers staying in Hurghada who want a straightforward day at sea without a long transfer. Alcohol, underwater camera rental and tips for the crew are not included.

Diving in Sharm El Sheikh: Ras Mohammed, Tiran or Shark Bay from €75

The Sharm El Sheikh dive day takes about eight hours and costs from €75. It includes two guided dives on Sharm's best-known reefs, at Ras Mohammed, Tiran or Shark Bay, with certified instructors, all equipment, lunch on board and hotel transfers. Both certified divers and beginners are welcome. It suits divers who want to see the reefs that made Sharm famous. Alcohol, underwater camera rental and crew tips are not included. Never dived before?

Beginners have three routes. In Sharm, the standard dive day already welcomes beginners. In Hurghada, the dive day offers intro dives for beginners, and there is also a separate Red Sea diving experience from €79 that is presented as an option for first-timers with an instructor, full equipment and lunch.
