Payment Policy

Day tours — Reserve now, pay on the day

For single-day excursions our default policy is Reserve now — pay on the day. No online payment is required at the time of booking. Once we have confirmed availability we will send your voucher; you settle the balance in cash (EUR / USD / EGP) or by card with your guide on the day of the tour.

Multi-day packages — Smart deposit

For packages, Nile cruises and tailor-made itineraries we apply a transparent deposit schedule based on how far in advance you book:

• More than 30 days before arrival: 30% deposit at confirmation, 70% balance no later than 14 days before arrival.
• Between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 50% deposit at confirmation, 50% balance no later than 7 days before arrival.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total at confirmation.

Accepted payment methods

We currently accept secure bank transfer in EUR or USD. Bank details and a unique payment reference are sent with your confirmation.

Online payment — coming soon

The following online payment methods will be activated shortly:

• Stripe — credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• PayPal.
• Paymob — local Egyptian cards & wallets.
• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Fawry.

Currencies & taxes

All prices are inclusive of Egyptian VAT and tourism taxes unless stated otherwise. Bank transfer fees are borne by the sender.
